Fitzgibbon Chase is a 114 hectare residential development within the Fitzgibbon Urban Development Area (UDA) and represents the ULDA's first residential development. It is a community which includes a diverse mix of lot sizes, innovative housing designs, range of living options and extensive parks and natural surrounds. Fitzgibbon Chase is also the first project to receive six leaf accreditation in V.2.0 UDIA Enviro Development.
Fitzgibbon Chase is a journey of building innovations in housing diversity, variety and affordability and developing communities.
Fitzgibbon Chase features some of Australia's most creative solutions in urban planning and design and community development. The ULDA has facilitated residential lot sizes—ranging from 60m2 up to 800m2—and six different housing types, all within a 150 metres of a park.
In partnership with the Brisbane City Council, almost half of the UDA in which the Fitzgibbon Chase neighbourhood sits is designated as public open space and bushland.
